We do not allow members to use our Southron heroes names as their username on the forum.

# 3 - Absolutely, No criticism of anyone's race, faith or jokes of same "excluding fundamentalist islam." See below." *

# 5 Always display a positive, friendly attitude. You may find that what goes around comes around. Be respectful of others' opinions. Allow your fellow members to voice their opinions without attacking them.
# 6 Absolutely no accusations against a ANY person or group without documented proof. DO NOT Make inappropriate or Offensive Posts - including threats, harassment, swearing, prejudice, slander or deliberate insults/name-calling, or other negative remarks about SHNV, SA or SWR, its moderator, administrator, or your fellow members. Even if your own personal opinion, RESPECT YOUR FELLOW MEMBERS. ---- No talk of violence! If you must, to get your point across, please do it by E-mail or PM.
All disagreements between Moderator & members WILL be done by PM or Email..... NOT THE SWR FORUM.
# 7 We do not allow people to post threads or to send private messages or emails to users here that advertise or solicit any products, services, funds or donations. Advertising or solicitations in signatures is also prohibited. ... Post or signatures of this type will be removed without notice.

# 9 Do not use all caps or excessively large font sizes, as it is considered to be "shouting" and is very rude.
# 10 Image Restrictions & Videos:
If you post an image in the forums, please keep the image size under 50K, and preferably under 400 x 300 pixels. Large images causes slow loading for many users. NO VIDEOS, use links.
# 11 Copyright WARNING. Nothing modern and creative is in the public domain anymore unless the owner explicitly puts it in the public domain. Explicitly, as in you have a note from the author/owner saying, "I grant this to the public domain." Those exact words or words very much like them. Post only a paragraph or two and add a link to the subject. All copyrighted material posted WILL BE DELETED.
Copyright is not the sole legal basis for objection. Anyone who makes derogatory references to others (or their sites, products or services), however it is done, invites trouble. Be careful what you say/insinuate. This includes personal E-mail.
#12 Anyone using Southrons, Dixie or the South, as the subject of jokes/humour, threats or ill will or,
anything derogatory toward same, will be deleted. If it happens again, that member will be banned.
#13 Slander of members is not allowed on The SWR forum or PM's, we're not interested nor invested in becoming a "court of opinion" in such matters. NO WARNING... You will be banned
#14 ANY posters comments that need correction, poor taste, spelling, etc. will be handled by E-mail and that E-mail will be sent by the Moderator or Administrator AND NO ONE ELSE!
Far too many want to be educator extraordinaire on the internet already!
#15 NO Lead linking Lead linking is, posting a link to a site that has a link to the posted subject. There should be only one link posted on the forum, the link to the subject. When members lead link, it cost us money in over clicks.
Forum Abuse Policy:
Please report any member whom you feel to be in violation of these rules to a moderator or Site Admin immediately.
1st Offense - A polite Private Message from a Moderator pointing out the Forum Rules, in addition to the editing or deletion of the post.
2nd Offense - Public warning on the message board plus deletion of post.
3rd Offense - Delete the user from the SWR forum and all their post.
We reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules.
By joining SWR forum, you agree to abide by the forum rules, and you understand that violations will not be tolerated.

Reading the forum don't count!
Inactive Members WILL Be Deleted

It will be deleted after the confirmation call.
